HEP-HEP Sisig

The rapid rate at which the food cart industry continues to grow is as much a reflection of consumer demand for convenience as it is a reflection of demand for food cart itself. Expanding the number of food carts increases accessibility, thus making it more convenient for consumers to purchase for food. Also, food in this food carts are cheaper compare to restaurants and fast foods. People nowadays are being practical. They prefer to buy their basic needs at a low costs. But despite of the cheap price, people especially Filipinos want to get their satisfaction in terms of the taste. That is why we come up with this business venture in order to give the consumers the values they desire: the price, quality and convenience.
The name of the business is “Hep-hep Sisig”. Hep-hep comes from the game Hep-hep Hooray. In this game, the players are required to clap their hands. On the other hand, sisig is a Pampanga’s dish. This food is known to be spicy. We got an idea to combine the two terms Hep-hep and Sisig so that people can easily remember the business name because this Hep-hep Sisig aims to remind the customers of its spicy taste that they can do the “Hep-hep” clap when they eat the sisig.
